If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order, no questions asked.

After that period, partial or full refunds are only possible if we are unable to fulfill our obligations or deliver advertised features or if we mutually come to an agreement that that our product or servce is the right for you.

There is only one exception - the right to refund is terminated immediatelly in case you choose to raise a claim or dispute on Paypal, 2Checkout (or on any other payment system we might use to process payments).

Also, this refund policy can only be executed once per person/organization.
